Sealed bottles in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in line with Georgian consumer law.

Opened bottles can only be returned if the wine is faulty (for example, corked). Contact us within 7 days with your order number.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
